[摘要] [目的] 探討黃芪對高脂血癥小鼠血脂及脂質(zhì)過氧化的影響. [方法] 取小鼠隨機(jī)分組,除正常組外的其他組小鼠灌胃給予脂肪乳劑,建立高脂血癥小鼠模型,分別灌胃給予不同劑量黃芪組小鼠18.0,9.0,4.5g/kg黃芪水提取物,連續(xù)4周,測定各組小鼠血清總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)含量,谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,脂質(zhì)過氧化物(LPO)含量. [結(jié)果] 不同劑量黃芪組小鼠血清TC,TG,LDL-C含量明顯下降,SOD,GSH-Px活性明顯增強(qiáng),血清LPO含量明顯下降. [結(jié)論] 黃芪具有調(diào)節(jié)小鼠血脂代謝及增強(qiáng)機(jī)體抗脂質(zhì)過氧化的作用.

Effects of Astragalus on serum lipids and lipoperoxidation in experimental hyper lipidemic mice

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Astragalus on serum lipids and lipoperoxidation in experimental hyperlipidemic mice.METHODS The mice were randomly divided,and apart from the mice in normal group,all the mice in other groups were fed with lipid emulsion for4weeks.After the in experimental hyper lipidemic mice were succeed,different dosages of experimental control groups in which the mice were treated with Astragalus at dosages of18.0,9.0,4.5g/kg respectively.After4weeks,the TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,SOD,GSH-Px and LPO in serum were measured.RESULTS Astragalus could significantly decrease the serum TC,TG,HDL-c in the experimental hyperlipidemic mice,and markedly increase the level of serum HDL-c.Mean level of serum LPO in the experimental groups treated by Astragalus at different dosages were much lower than that in hyper lipidema group,and the SOD and GSH-Px activities of serum in the group of Astragalus were much higher than those in hyper lipidema group.CONCLUSIONAstragalus can regulate lipid metabolism,enhance the antioxidation and reduce the lipid peroxidation in mice with hyperlipidemia醫(yī).學(xué).全.在.線bhskgw.cn.

黃芪具有補(bǔ)氣升陽、固表止汗、脫瘡生肌及利水消腫之功效,用于治療表虛自汗、陽虛血脫及水腫血痹等癥.本研究探討了黃芪水提取物對高脂血癥小鼠體內(nèi)血脂及脂質(zhì)過氧化的影響.
1 材料與方法

1.1.1 實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物 取昆明種小鼠,雌雄各半,體重為18~22g,由延邊大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科提供. 1.1.2 藥物與試劑 丙基硫氧嘧啶為上海復(fù)興朝輝藥業(yè)有限公司產(chǎn)品;膽固醇為去氧膽酸鈉;豬油為自制;實(shí)驗(yàn)所需其他試劑均為國產(chǎn)分析純.GSH-Px,SOD,LPO試劑盒均為南京建成生物工程研究所產(chǎn)品.722型分光光度計(jì)為中國廈門分析儀器廠產(chǎn)品;7600-010型全自動(dòng)生物化學(xué)檢測儀為日本日立公司產(chǎn)品;低溫高速離心機(jī)為美國Sigma公司產(chǎn)品. 1.2 方法
