本穴是心氣轉(zhuǎn)輸于后背體表的部位。

Xin, heart; shu, point.
This point is where the Qi of Heart is infused into the back.

定位

第五胸椎棘突下，旁開(kāi)1.5寸。

Location

1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 5th thoracic vertebra.

主治

① 心臟病要穴，治心悸，心痛，心律不齊等；
② 鎮(zhèn)靜安神，治失眠多夢(mèng)，精神失常；
③ 局部治背肌酸痛。

Indication

1. main point for cardiac diseases, such as palpitation, cardiac pain, arrhythmia
2. insomnia, dreaminess, mental disorder
3. backache
