毫針操作異常情況處理及預(yù)防:斷針

原因

針具質(zhì)量欠佳，針根或針身有剝蝕損壞；行針時手法過重，肌肉強烈收縮；或患者體位改變，滯針和彎針現(xiàn)象未能及時正確處理等，均可造成斷針。

現(xiàn)象

針身折斷，或部分針身尚露于皮膚之外，或針身殘端全部沒入皮膚之下。

Manifestations

The needle body is broken during manipulation and the broken part is below the skin surface or a little bit out of the skin surface.

處理

囑患者不要緊張、亂動，以防斷針繼續(xù)向肌肉深層陷入，如殘斷部分針身尚露于體外，可立即用手指或鑷子取出；如殘斷與皮膚相平，可按壓針孔兩旁，使斷針暴露于體外，用鑷子取出；如斷針完全深入皮下或肌肉時，應(yīng)在x線下定位，手術(shù)取出。

Management

When it happens, the patient should be told to keep calm to prevent the broken needle from going deeper into the body. If the broken part protrudes from the skin, remove it with forceps or fingers. If the broken part is at the same level of the skin, press the tissue around the site until the broken end is exposed, then remove it with forceps. If it is completely under the skin, surgery should be resorted with the help of x-ray to find out the exact location of the broken needle.

預(yù)防

認(rèn)真檢查針具，對不符合質(zhì)量要求的針具應(yīng)剔出不用。針刺不要將針身全部刺入，應(yīng)留一小部分在體外。進針過程中，如發(fā)生彎針時，應(yīng)立即出針，切不可強行刺入。當(dāng)發(fā)生滯針、彎針時應(yīng)及時正確處理，不可強行拔出。

Prevention

To prevent accidents, careful inspection of the quality of the needle should be made. Prior to the treatment, reject the needles which are not in conformity with the requirements specified. The needle body should not be inserted into the body completely, and a little part should be exposed outside the skin. On needle insertion, if it is bent, the needle should be withdrawn immediately. Never try to insert a needle violently.
