主癥

點(diǎn)滴而下，尿道熱痛，小便黃少或閉塞，小腹脹滿，口渴不欲飲，舌質(zhì)紅，苔黃，脈數(shù)。

Main Manifestations

Dripping urinary discharge, heat pain in the urinery track, scanty yellow urine, or retention of urine, distension and fullness of the lower abdomen, thirst but without desire to drink, red tongue with yellow coating, rapid pulse.

治法

取膀胱俞募穴為主。針用瀉法以清熱利尿。

Treatment

The Back-Shu points and Front-Mu points of Bladder Meridian are selected as the principal points. Reducing manipulation is applied to remove heat and promote diuresis.

Prescription

Pangguangshu (BL28), Zhongji (CV3), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Weiyang (BL39), Shugu (BL65)

主癥

尿液清少，排出無力，小腹脹滿，面色晄白，手足不溫，舌質(zhì)淡，脈沉細(xì)遲弱。

Main Manifestations

Dribbling urination, attenuating in strength of the urine discharge, distension and fullness in the lower abdomen, pallor, cold limbs, pale tongue, deep, thready pulse weak at the Chi region.

治法

取督脈、任脈及膀胱經(jīng)穴為主。針用補(bǔ)法或灸法，以溫補(bǔ)腎陽(yáng)，促進(jìn)膀胱氣化。

Treatment

主癥

小便閉塞，小腹膨隆，甚則脹痛。

治法

取膀胱募穴及腎、脾經(jīng)穴為主。針用平補(bǔ)平瀉法。以通經(jīng)活絡(luò)，恢復(fù)膀胱氣化。

Treatment

The Front-Mu point of Bladder and points of Kidney and Spleen Meridians are selected as the principal points. Even reinforcing and reducing manipulation is applied to promote the circulation of the Qi in the meridian and restore the function of the bladder.
