Introduction
1.Toxoplasma gondii 是貓科動(dòng)物的腸道球蟲(chóng)，因其滋養(yǎng)體形似弓形而得名。
2.其分類(lèi)地位是：Kingdom Protista>Subkingdom Protozoa>Phylum Apicomplexa>Class Sporozoa>Order ?>Family Toxoplasmatidae> Toxoplasma gondii
3.該蟲(chóng)呈世界性分布，可感染鳥(niǎo)類(lèi)、魚(yú)類(lèi)、哺乳動(dòng)物和人，引起Toxoplasmosis.
4.人群平均感染率33%，有5億人抗體陽(yáng)性。我室血清學(xué)檢查數(shù)據(jù)顯示重慶地區(qū)孕婦抗體陽(yáng)性率20%以上。
Morphology
Trophozoite (tachyzoites and bradyzoites)
Indirect fluorescent antibody test. Slide shows endozoites exposed to antibody containing serum and then treated with fluorescein conjugated anti-human globulin.
