【摘要】  【目的】 評(píng)價(jià)不同牙體剩余量對(duì)石英纖維樁復(fù)合樹(shù)脂核全冠修復(fù)下頜前磨牙抗折性能的影響!痉椒ā 將正畸拔除的50顆單根前磨牙按頸部牙體剩余量分為5組(0、1、2、3 mm組和對(duì)照組),離體牙行纖維樁復(fù)合樹(shù)脂核金屬烤瓷全冠修復(fù),使用速率為1 mm/min的45°角側(cè)向加載!窘Y(jié)果】 牙體剩余量0、1、2、3 mm、對(duì)照組的荷載力均值分別為(601 ± 83)、(665 ± 59)、(950 ± 75)、(1005 ± 94)、(1027 ± 80) N; 0 mm和1 mm組的荷載力值小于2 mm和3 mm組以及對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05)。【結(jié)論】 牙體剩余量為2 mm時(shí),石英纖維樁冠修復(fù)體抗折強(qiáng)度與對(duì)照組無(wú)明顯差異,可認(rèn)為2 mm是非金屬樁箍效應(yīng)的臨界值。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To evaluate the effects of the different amount of residual tooth on the fracture resistance ability of lower premolars restored with fiber quartz-fiber post-core and full crown. 【Methods】 Fifty single rooted lower premolars recently extracted from orthodontic patients were divided into five groups according to the different amount of residual tooth (0,1,2,3 mm and the control group). All the teeth were restored with fiber post-core and full crown. Loads were applied at an 45-degrees to the long axis of the teeth at a crosshead speed of 1 mm/min. 【Results】 The mean loading force were (601 ± 83), (665 ± 59), (950 ± 75), (1005 ± 94), and (1027 ± 80) N in the groups with the amount of residual tooth for 0,1,2,3 mm and the control group; While the mean loading force in 2 mm and 3 mm and the control groups was significantly higher than that in 0 mm and 1mm groups(P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】 There was no significant deference in the fracture resistance ability between the group with 2 mm amount of residual tooth with quartz-fiber post-core crown and the control group. The 2 mm may be the value of ferrule effect for non-metal post system.
