穴義

中，中間；府，處所。
中，指中焦。肺經(jīng)起于中焦。穴當(dāng)中焦，脾胃這氣聚匯肺經(jīng)之處。

Meaning

Zhong, middle; fu, place.
Zhong refers to the middle Jiao, The point is in the place where Qi of Spleen and Stomach in the middle Jiao is gathered into the Lung Meridian.

定位

前正中線旁開6寸，平第一肋間。

Location

6 cun lateral to the anterior midline, level with the intercostals space below the lst rib.

主治

咳嗽、氣喘、胸痛、肩臂痛。

Indication

cough, asthma, pain in chest, shoulder and arm.

針法

向外斜刺或平刺0.5-0.8寸

Method

obliquely to the lateral side or levelly, 0.5-0.8 cun deep.

備考

肺募穴。
