醫(yī)學(xué)免費(fèi)論文:不同離子交換時(shí)間和溫度對(duì)白榴石增強(qiáng)陶瓷彎曲強(qiáng)度的影響
【摘要】目的: 研究不同離子交換時(shí)間和溫度對(duì)白榴石增強(qiáng)陶瓷雙軸彎曲強(qiáng)度的影響,為臨床應(yīng)用提供參考. 方法: 試件的蠟型制作采用將融化的鑄造蠟灌注于機(jī)械加工模具內(nèi),制成厚度和直徑一致的蠟型. 厚度為2.0 mm,直徑為18 mm圓片,共90個(gè). 實(shí)驗(yàn)分組首先按照同一時(shí)間下不同溫度即離子交換溫度為400℃,450℃,500℃,離子交換時(shí)間為3 h,每組試件10個(gè). 然后在確定最佳離子交換溫度的基礎(chǔ)上以不同時(shí)間分組即交換時(shí)間為3,5,7,9,11 h,每組試件10個(gè). 以不做打磨、上釉和離子交換的為對(duì)照組,試件為10個(gè). 根據(jù)ASTM標(biāo)準(zhǔn) F39478.1991(美國(guó)材料實(shí)驗(yàn)協(xié)會(huì))測(cè)試試件的雙軸彎曲強(qiáng)度. 經(jīng)oneway ANOVA及KruskalWallis秩和檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各實(shí)驗(yàn)組. 結(jié)果: 同一處理時(shí)間不同處理溫度下的雙軸彎曲強(qiáng)度經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析可知有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P<0.01). 同一處理溫度不同處理時(shí)間下的雙軸彎曲強(qiáng)度經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析可知有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P<0.01). 與對(duì)照組比較均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P<0.01). 結(jié)論: cerinate熱壓鑄陶瓷的離子交換處理較佳的溫度為450℃,時(shí)間為11 h.

Effect of different time/temperature of ion exchange on the biaxial flexural strength of heat pressed ceramic

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effect of different time/temperature of ion exchange on the biaxial flexural strength of heat pressed ceramic. METHODS: Eighty disks of Cerinate ceramic specimens (shade 2), 18 mm in diameter and 2.0 mm thick, were prepared. The specimens were manufactured according to the companys recommendations. Ten disks were used as controls. The remaining disks were divided into 7 groups of 10 disks each and ionexchanged specimens were made by the treatment of potassium salt at 400℃, 450℃, 500℃ for 3 h and at the optimal temperature for 5, 7, 9, 11 h. The biaxial flexural strength was evaluated by a threepoint bending in a universal machine according to ASTM Standard (F39478.1991). RESULTS: The biaxial flexural strength had significant difference among different treatment temperature and time groups (P<0.01). Compared with control group, the biaxial flexural strength of each experimental group was also statistically significantly different (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The ionexchange process of the Cerinate hot pressed ceramic should be performed at 450℃ for 11 h.

隨著人們對(duì)牙科修復(fù)體的美觀要求的增加,越來(lái)越多的臨床醫(yī)生關(guān)注于陶瓷材料的美觀性和生物相容性,但由于陶瓷材料自身的缺點(diǎn)如脆性大、強(qiáng)度差. 作為牙科修復(fù)材料在燒結(jié)過(guò)程中在瓷表面形成張應(yīng)力和微裂紋,從而降低了陶瓷的強(qiáng)度,影響其在口腔復(fù)雜的化學(xué)環(huán)境下的使用壽命. 因此應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了陶瓷表面增強(qiáng)技術(shù),以減少和防止陶瓷表面微裂紋的產(chǎn)生和擴(kuò)散. 陶瓷表面增強(qiáng)技術(shù)的離子在陶瓷表面的擴(kuò)散率受交換的溫度和交換時(shí)間的影響,因此需要確定最佳的交換時(shí)間和溫度,使熱壓鑄陶瓷表面強(qiáng)度獲得最佳, 為臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)和參考.
