傷寒傳變,止言足經(jīng),不言手經(jīng),原本《內(nèi)經(jīng)》熱病論中六節(jié)之文也。自草窗劉氏不明其理,創(chuàng)論傷寒只傳足經(jīng),不傳手經(jīng),誕妄欺人,莫此為甚。人之金、火兩臟,不過以五行為分屬,豈有真金、真火,故不能傷乎?至陶節(jié)庵易之以傷足不傷手。夫既不傷手,何手六經(jīng)之見癥,亦變見于傷寒癥中也?再觀本經(jīng)云三陰三陽、五臟六腑皆受病,則手經(jīng)亦在其中矣。故仲景有心、肝、肺、脾、腎五臟之絕癥。顧本經(jīng)不言手經(jīng)者,以傷寒表邪也,欲求外癥,但當(dāng)察于周身,而周身上下脈絡(luò),惟足六經(jīng)盡之,手經(jīng)無能遍也。bhskgw.cn/zhicheng/且手經(jīng)所至,足經(jīng)無不至者,故但言足經(jīng),而手經(jīng)即在其中。此本經(jīng)止言足者,為察周身之表證也。疑義至今,皆惑于劉氏之妄言耳!況人身臟腑在內(nèi),經(jīng)絡(luò)在外,故臟腑為里,經(jīng)絡(luò)為表。在表者手足各有六經(jīng),是為十二經(jīng)脈。以十二經(jīng)脈分陰陽,則六陽屬腑為表,六陰屬臟為里。以十二經(jīng)脈分手足,則足經(jīng)之脈長(zhǎng)而遠(yuǎn),自上及下,遍絡(luò)四體,故可按之以察周身之。皇纸(jīng)之脈短而近,皆出www.med126.com入于足經(jīng)之間,故凡診傷寒者,但言足經(jīng),不言手經(jīng)也。
