主癥

產(chǎn)時(shí)少腹陣痛微弱，墜脹不甚，或下血量多色談，久產(chǎn)不下，面色蒼白，精神倦怠，心悸氣短，舌淡，脈虛弱。

Main Manifestations

Dull labor pain in the lower abdomen, forceless dragging down and bulging sensation, large amount of light red heamorrhage, arrested labor process, pallor, lassitude, palpitation, shortness of breath, pale tongue, and weak pulse.

主癥

腰腹劇痛，下血量少，色黯色，久產(chǎn)不下，面色青黯，精神抑郁，胸脘脹滿，時(shí)欲嘔惡，舌質(zhì)黯紅，脈沉實(shí)。

Main Manifestations

Severe Pain in the abdomen extending to the lower back, slight amount of dark red heamorrhage, retarded labor process, dark-purplish complexion, mental depression, distention and fullness in the epigastrium and chest, nausea, vomiting, dark red tongue and deep, forcefull pulse.

治法

取足太陰，手陽明經(jīng)穴為主。毫針刺，虛者用補(bǔ)法，實(shí)者用瀉法。

Treatment

合谷 三陰交 至陰 獨(dú)陰

Prescription

Hegu (LI 4), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zhiyin (BL 67) and Duyin (EX-LE 11).

隨證配穴

氣血虛弱配足三里，復(fù)溜；
氣滯血淤者配太沖，肩井。

Additional Points

Deficiency of Qi and blood: Zusanli (ST 36) and Fuliu (KI 7)
Stagnation of Qi and blood : Taichong (LR 3) and Jianjing (GB 21)
