醫(yī)學免費論文:鼻息肉及下鼻甲黏膜成纖維細胞中組胺受體的表達
【摘要】 [目的]了解鼻息肉成纖維細胞中組胺受體及其亞型的存在與否,比較鼻息肉與下鼻甲黏膜成纖維細胞中組胺受體的表達程度.[方法]選擇5例鼻息肉組織,以同側(cè)下鼻甲黏膜為對照.經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)切除鼻息肉及部分下鼻甲黏膜,培養(yǎng)成纖維細胞.采用RTPCR方法觀察鼻息肉成纖維細胞中的組胺受體及其亞型,用實時PCR方法分別比較鼻息肉與下鼻甲黏膜成纖維細胞中組胺受體mRNA的表達情況;用流式細胞儀測定鼻息肉及下鼻甲黏膜成纖維細胞中組胺受體蛋白的表達.[結(jié)果]鼻息肉成纖維細胞中可見1型及2型組胺受體存在,其表達程度低于下鼻甲黏膜成纖維細胞,鼻息肉中僅可見少量的組胺受體蛋白表達.[結(jié)論]鼻息肉成纖維細胞中只有少量的1型及2型組胺受體的表達.

Expression of histamine receptor in fibroblast of nasal polyp and nasal turbinate mucosa

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVETo investigate whether the histamine receptors and its subtypes were in the fibroblast of nasal polyp, and then to compare the degree of expression in fibroblasts between nasal polyp and inferior turbinate mucosa.METHODS Each of five tissues of nasal polyp and nasal inferior turbinate mucosa as controls were taken from inferior turbinate during nasal surgery, and the fibroblasts were cultured from each mucosa. The subtypes of histamine receptor in the fibroblasts were identified by RTPCR, the expression level of histamine receptors mRNA were by real time PCR, respectively, and the protein expression of histamine receptors were evaluated in nonstimulated condition by flow cytometry.RESULTSHistamine receptor 1 and 2 were identified in the fibroblasts of nasal polyp, and its expression level was lower in the fibroblasts of nasal polyp than that of inferior turbinate mucosa, and a little of histamine receptors protein was expressed in nasal polyp.CONCLUSIONSThere is a little of expression of histamine receptor 1 and 2 in the fibroblasts of nasal polyp醫(yī).學.全.在.線bhskgw.cn.
