耳穴是指耳廓上一些特定的刺激點(diǎn)或刺激部位。其在耳廓上的分布似一個倒置的胎兒頭部朝下,臀部朝上,其耳穴的分布是:頭面部相應(yīng)的穴位在耳垂及其鄰近處;與上肢相應(yīng)的穴位在耳舟;與身區(qū)干和下肢相應(yīng)的穴位在對耳輪和對耳輪上、下腳;與內(nèi)臟相應(yīng)的穴位多集中在耳甲艇和耳甲腔;消化道在耳輪腳周圍環(huán)形排列。
