主癥

治法

取足陽明、任脈、手厥陰經(jīng)穴為主。針刺平補(bǔ)平瀉法，以健脾和胃，疏肝解郁，降逆止嘔。

Treatment

The points of Stomach Meridian, Conception Vessel, and Pericardium Meridian are selected as primary points. Even technique is applied to tonify the spleen, pacify the stomach, smooth the liver and disperse the stagnation so as to bring down the perversion of ascending Qi and to stop vomiting.

中腕，內(nèi)關(guān)，足三里

Prescription

ZhongWan (CV 12), Neiguan (PC 6), and Zusanli (ST 36).

隨證配穴

脾胃虛弱加公孫；
肝胃不和加膻中，太沖。

Additional Points

Weakness of spleen and stomach: Gongsun (SP 4).
Disharmony between liver and stomach: Tanzhong (CV 17), and Taichong (LR 3)
